Admission to the Showground will only be possible during the event opening hours following this schedule:
- FRIDAY 29 November 2019, 6 pm – 2 am
- SATURDAY 30 November 2019, 6 pm – 2 am
A ticket allows one single entry to the Showground.
If you have obtained a ticket at a reduced price, it is likely to be a fake and will become void, in which case the ticket holder will be refused entry to the showground. Resale or any alteration or defacing of a ticket will render it void. Ticket forgery is strictly prohibited.
No persons under the age of 18 will be admitted to the event on the Showground.
Clerks at the ticket office and security personnel at the entrance and at the venue are authorised to verify if the person about to enter the venue or already at the venue is of age, by demanding a valid photo ID. In case of doubt they are authorised to refuse admission or ask such a person to leave the venue.
For safety reasons, subject to Clause 49, of the Private Security Act, there will be routine security checks of visitors’ clothes and personal property (hand luggage). You agree to submit to, and comply with the security checks in place of the point of admission to the venue. We may refuse admission or exit from the location to anyone who fails to submit to or comply with security checks (subject to Clause 49 of the above Act), resists identity checks, or if for any other reason has been denied access to or exit from the Showground.
Bringing food and drink to the event area is prohibited. The security service at the entrance has the right to take away food and drink to the persons entering the event or refuse entry to a person who refuses to hand out food or drink.
In the event of photography, audio and video recording, the visitors to the show agree to be photographed or recorded during the event. Photographs and audio and video recordings can be published (also for the purposes of promotion) without authorization and indemnity.
The organizer retains the right at its sole and absolute discretion to refuse admission to any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or may require that any visitor whose behavior is in a way disruptive and might put in danger himself or other visitors, or damage equipment and other Showground infrastructure should forthwith leave the premises and the grounds.
Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The organizer excludes all liability for injury to visitors, any loss or theft, damage to personal property, cost or expense suffered by visitors or occurring to any items belonging to them as a result of their visit.
Shows in special »zones« are available until all seats are taken.
Smoking in the hall is strictly prohibited, subject to the Tobacco Product Control Act. Smoking is only allowed outside Hall L (marked space) where ashtrays are provided.
The organizer would like to remind visitors to follow the signs and instructions given by the
Security and to keep the noise down to the minimum on leaving the Showground.
All visitors are asked to comply with the organizer terms and conditions.
