All visitors, accredited journalists, and guests with invitations enter the Showground through the main entrance to Hall
K (opposite to Hall L).
Only during the event opening hours listed below will admission to the Showground be possible:
- FRIDAY, 24th November: 5.30 p.m. – 2.00 a.m.
- SATURDAY, 25th November: 5.30 p.m. – 2.00 a.m.
Tickets are sold directly on the Showground.
A ticket entitles you to one entry into the Showground.
If you obtained a ticket for less than the advertised price (ticket prices were 23 euros, 29 euros, 31 euros, or 36 euros on www.sloverotika.si), it is probably fake and will become void. If this happens, the ticket holder will be denied entry to the Showground. Any resale, alteration, or defacement of a ticket will render it void. The forgery of tickets is strictly prohibited.
No person under the age of 18 will be admitted to the event at the Showground.
Staff members at the ticket office and security personnel stationed at the entrance and within the venue have the authority to request a valid photo ID from anyone wishing to enter the venue or who is already there in order to confirm the identity of the person. In the case of doubt, they have the authority to refuse admission or ask such a person to leave the venue.
Visitors to the event consent to being photographed or recorded during the event in the case that photography, audio, or video recording is taking place. Photographs and audio and video recordings may be published (also for promotional purposes) without authorization or reimbursement.
There will be regular security checks of visitors’ clothing and personal belongings (hand luggage) for safety reasons, in accordance with Private Security Act Clause 49. In lieu of entering the venue through the point of admission, you consent to submit to and comply with the security checks. If someone resists identity verification, refuses to submit to or comply with security checks (as per Clause 49 of the aforementioned Act), or if for any other reason has been denied access to or exit from the Showground, we reserve the right to refuse them admission to or exit from the location.
Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry by the organizer at its sole and absolute discretion. Additionally, any visitor whose behaviour is disruptive and could endanger themselves or others in attendance, or cause damage to equipment or other Showground infrastructure, will be asked to immediately leave the premises and grounds.
The ticket holder assumes all liability for admission. The organizer excludes all liability for injury to visitors, any loss or theft, damage to personal property, cost or expense suffered by visitors or occurring to any items belonging to them as a result of their visit.
As stipulated by the Tobacco Product Control Act, smoking is strictly forbidden on the showground. Only outside of Hall K, the designated smoking area where ashtrays are available, is smoking allowed.
The organizer would like to remind visitors to follow the signs and instructions given by the security and to keep the noise down to the minimum upon leaving the Showground.
All visitors are asked to follow the terms and conditions provided by the organizer.
